Time at PHC: 2005 to present

Dr. Libby teaches literature courses at PHC, including Western Literature and upper-division courses such as British Literature, Shakespeare, and the Novel. Her fields of interest include medieval literature, eighteenth-century British literature, and rhetoric. In summer 2008, she led a PHC study trip to Great Britain as part of a C.S. Lewis Seminar. She also supervises directed research & writing projects and internships for Literature majors. Before coming to PHC, Dr. Libby was a lecturer in English at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an adjunct professor of English at John Wesley College.
