Office of Admissions and Financial Aid

William Kellaris
Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management

Mr. Kellaris began at the College as Director of Financial Aid in December 2009.  He took on his current role as Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management in August of 2010. In his current position, Bill provides leadership to the Admissions and Financial Aid offices and serves on the Executive Cabinet to develop programs that draw qualified students to both the Campus and Distance Learning programs.

Mr. Kellaris brings to his role nearly four decades of experience in Christian higher education, having served at Cornerstone University, Bryan College, Liberty University, and Philadelphia Biblical University before coming to Patrick Henry College. He has held a wide range of senior-level positions, including Registrar and Director of Financial Aid, Director of Student Affairs, Director of Alumni and Church Relations, Dean of Enrollment Management, and Director of Admissions and Alumni Relations.


 

Christine Guenard
Associate Director of Financial Aid

Mrs. Guenard has been in her role with the Financial Aid Office since December of 2010. As the Associate Director, she manages and implements the Financial Aid program at PHC.

Chris has over 25 years of experience in finance and business administration, most recently serving as the Business Manager of a private Christian K-12 school and Treasurer of her church in Massachusetts. She has a B.S. in Finance and Investments from Babson College, and currently volunteers with Tree of Life Ministries as the Director of Financial Coaching in Purcellville, VA. She and her family reside in Lovettsville.


Tia Stockton
Assistant Director of Admissions

Tia graduated from Patrick Henry College in 2010 with a degree in Classical Liberal Arts, Music Track. After working as a Teen Leadership Camp Counselor for four consecutive summers, she joined the admissions team in the fall of 2010 as the Application Coordinator. She now serves as the Assistant Director, providing oversight for the Admissions Counselors and managing the application review cycle. Tia assists the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment by providing input on recruitment strategies and marketing.

While a student, she served as a Resident Assistant for two years, and interned as a choral conductor for a local high school during her senior year. She also played on the Lady Sentinels soccer team for three years and was heavily involved in the student-led acting group, Eden Troupe. She lives with her husband in the local area.


Aaron Kamakawiwoole
Admissons Counselor

Aaron graduated from Patrick Henry College in May, 2011 with a degree in Government and began his work in admissions in August of 2011.  He was the captain of the PHC moot court travel team during his senior year, and served as a student supervisor with Patrick Henry College Facilities.  He enjoys reading, hiking, running, anything involving a powerdrill, and caring for local horses.


Brooke Butler
Admissions Counselor

Brooke Butler graduated from Patrick Henry in May of 2011 with a degree in Journalism, joining the admissions staff in July of 2011.  As a student at PHC, she interned with the campus radio program, helped to lead worship, and participated in Eden Troupe and the Lady Sentinels soccer team. She is known for her exuberant spirit and love for Christ and the people around her.  


 

Ardee Coolidge
Admissions Counselor

Ardee is a 2012 Patrick Henry College graduate, and he was inspired to join the admissions team after being heavily involved in the Student Ambassador program while still a student. He is well known among prospective students as a welcoming face to those who have visited campus. Ardee also was an active member of the PHC Moot Court and Mock Trial teams, winning several regional tournaments, and he enjoys public speaking and debate. 


 

Amy Kucks
Admissions Counselor

Amy graduated with a degree in Classical Liberal Arts from Patrick Henry College in 2012 and began her work on the admissions team in the fall of 2012. While a student, she was an active member of Eden Troupe and sponsored and coordinated many student-led outings. Her fun-loving nature is contagious to everyone she meets, and her passion for Christ is evident.


 

Benjamin Hammer
Data Coordinator

Born and bred in Connecticut along with two younger brothers, Ben is the son of an engineer-turned-physics teacher and a stay-at-home mom. A 2011 graduate of Houghton College with a degree in English and a minor in mathematics, he is a keen reader of The Lord of the Rings and had the honor of singing in the Houghton College Choir. He joined the Patrick Henry College Admissions team in August of 2011 and assists the office in all data entry and management.


Kiki Thompson
Office Manager

Mrs. Thompson has been in the Office of Admissions since 2008. She had previously worked in the non-profit and church sector for 20 years. She has a BS in Education, with an emphasis in Education of the Hearing Impaired, from the University of Alabama. She and her husband are empty-nesters living in nearby Leesburg, VA.
