Enjoy highlights from prior tournaments

PHC will be hosting the VA Qualifier NCFCA tournament here on campus January 9th - 11th and we would love for you to help judge! Your participation is necessary to the success of this event by volunteering to judge a round of speech or debate or both!
 
No experience is necessary! NCFCA intentionally seeks judges from different backgrounds and walks of life so that the competitors (ages 12-18) get well-rounded feedback from multiple perspectives.
 
Judging one round requires a commitment of a couple of hours. Your experience will include a brief training video, watching and listening to the students assigned to your room, filling out ballots to rank the competitors, and offer any feedback you have on their performance. 
 
Please visit our Purcellville Qualifier judge registration page to see the schedule of rounds available and choose one or more that works for you. You will need to create an account to register to judge. You can also find this event on the NCFCA dashboard page under “Judge”, “Upcoming Tournaments”, and “Purcellville, VA Qualifier”.
 
Once you have signed up to judge, you will be sent the links for the judge training prior to the tournament. Here is also a link with some technology information that will be helpful to know prior to the tournament.
