Erik Ablin earned Bachelor’s degrees in Government and Business Administration at Oral Roberts University, an MBA from Northern Arizona University, a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, and an M.A. in Government from Johns Hopkins University.  
Erik has a breadth of professional experience in many fields, including law, government, politics, and communications.  He has served as a management analyst for a district Federal Reserve Bank and a litigation attorney for a large law firm in the Midwest.  During his time in the Washington, D.C. area, he has held positions in research and strategic communications for two national political party committees and served as a legal policy analyst for a think tank, a spokesman and attorney for the Department of Justice, and an attorney for the Department of Defense.  
He resides in northern Virginia, where he has served in multiple volunteer capacities at his local church.
