Housing Form

In order to place you into the best room possible, please answer the questions below. Room requests will be honored based upon room availability and are not guaranteed. On-campus housing for students under the age of 17 and over the age of 24 is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Office of Student Life.

A one-time housing deposit is required for living on campus and can be paid in your student portal. Students who plan on commuting to campus should fill out this commuter housing form and do not need to submit a housing deposit.
