It is the donor's intent that the scholarships shall be awarded according to the following preferred criteria:
1. Demonstration of exceptional academic excellence while at Patrick Henry College
2. Upperclassman status
3. Plans to pursue a study of Economics and Business Analytics at PHC or through graduate studies
4. Maintains a minimum 2.6 GPA in every semester except for reasons of health or other good reason as approved by the Dean of Students
