Requesting your transcript is easy. Our comprehensive services allow you to request a transcript, enrollment verification, or degree verification, and ensure your records arrive where you want them and when you need them. Fees apply.

Online Services
Patrick Henry College has partnered with Parchment to offer online services for: 

  • Official Transcripts

  • Enrollment Verifications

  • Degree Verifications (available only on Parchment)

Parchment allows you to request and pay for your selection, and then choose either mailed or electronic delivery.

Click this link to establish your Parchment account or log into an existing account. When asked, select "Ordering your own credentials or academic records," then choose a delivery method and submit payment.

Traditional Forms
You may also request these services by completing the relevant form (see links below) and submitting the form to registrar@phc.edu. Payment can be made through a link found in the upper right corner of the form. Your request will be processed once our office has received both your form and payment.

Processing & Delivery

Standard processing time is 1-5 business days.

  • Standard transcripts are $20 each.

  • Standard enrollment verifications and degree verifications are $10 each.

 

Rushed processing time is 1-2 business days.

  • Rushed transcripts are $40 each.

    • When requested through the traditional form and delivered by mail to the same address, additional copies (up to five transcripts) may be requested at $20 each.

  • Rushed enrollment verifications and degree verifications are $20 each.

Important Notes

  • Transcripts are not released until all obligations to the college are fulfilled.

  • Transcripts can only be requested by the student or former student.

  • Plan ahead. Processing times may be delayed during high-volume seasons, particularly at the beginning and end of the semester.

  • Both the request form and payment must be received prior to processing your request.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

What is the difference between an Official and Unofficial Mailed Transcript?

Official Paper Transcript:

  • Printed on security paper

  • Signed by Registrar

  • Embossed with the official seal of Patrick Henry College

  • Presented in a sealed envelope (if the seal is broken, the transcript will no longer be official)

Unofficial Paper Transcript:

  • Printed on white paper

  • Marked "unofficial"

How do I know whether I need an official or unofficial transcript?

It will depend on the institution or organization requesting the transcript. Please check with the institution/organization requesting the transcript as to their requirements.

Not all my grades are in, can I still request a transcript?

Yes. Simply select the “Hold for grades” box below the address boxes on the form and the Registrar will send the transcript after the grades are submitted by the faculty.
