As Director of the Library, Mrs. Pensgard leads all aspects of PHC library operations. She works with the faculty and administration as appropriate to ensure that the resources, services and facilities offered by the library meet the needs of the PHC learning community. The Library Director reports to the Administrative Dean of Academic Affairs and is a full member of the Faculty Senate. Mrs. Pensgard earned a BA in economics and international studies from Northwestern University and an MA in information science and learning technologies from the University of Missouri.

The Public Services Library Assistant, Mrs. Lackey, manages the Circulation Desk of the library, including overseeing course reserves, interlibrary loan services, and special book displays as well as resolving patron questions about their library accounts. Mrs. Lackey has a BS in art with a minor in business administration from Radford University.
Mrs. Sillars works in the library part-time, conducting the technical services functions of the library. She receives and catalogs new acquisitions and maintains periodical subscriptions. Mrs. Sillars holds a BA in general and biblical studies from Briercrest Bible College.
