Heritage Foundation ranks PHC as "Great Option"

Criteria for the ranking include rigorous academics, independence from extensive DEI bureaucracies, and a solid return on investment through competitive post-graduation incomes. PHC meets every one of these.

PHC’s three distinctives include academic rigor, fidelity to the spirit of the American founding, and an unwavering biblical worldview. PHC’s rigorous academics have especially prepared many students for law school, ministry, and more.

In fact, PHC’s exemplary 63-credit core curriculum earned an “A+” rating from the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA), which grades institutions on the range of classes that undergraduate schools require. ACTA lists PHC as a “Hidden Gem,” indicating that its programs “guide students through a high-quality and coherent interdisciplinary education across the liberal arts." PHC takes no federal funding, and this makes it more independent than most colleges in America, another factor contributing to its high ranking by The Heritage Foundation. Also noted was the fact that PHC accepts the Classic Learning Test for admission.
